The Ohio Civil Rights Commission invites you to a free training on July 20, 2021 to explore the recent changes with the enactment of the Ohio HB 352 of the 133rd General Assembly, also known as the Employment Law Uniformity Act. The new law, effective as of April 15, 2021, impacts Ohio's process for filing charges of employment discrimination.
