Sioux Falls Electric opened in 2017 and offers top-quality commercial, industrial, and residential electrical services to the Sioux Falls Community and surrounding area, including Minnesota and Iowa.

Dakota BUSINESS worked with Central Bank to assist Bird Dog Hospitality with an SBA 504 loan for the refinance of existing debt used to purchase and renovate the real estate operating as the EverSpring Inn & Suites in Bismarck, ND.
The applicant purchased a hotel formerly known as the Expressway Inn & Suites in Bismarck, ND, in 2018. It completed renovations and rebranded the property to the EverSpring Inn. EverSpring is not a franchise, but there are three hotels in various locations that operate under that name. The hotel was constructed in 1983 and is a five-story building with 148 rooms.

Calhoun Communications opened in 1986 as a radio broadcast consulting and contracting firm. Over the years, the business has expanded to design, build, install, test, certify and maintain advanced wireless systems, as well as prepare copper or fiber optic cables leading to them.

Dakota BUSINESS Finance worked with Brett Anderson of First Western Bank & Trust to assist Tea Trailblazers with an SBA 504 loan to acquire the Tea Tots Childcare building located in Tea, SD.
Tea Tots Childcare Center has been providing high-quality childcare in the Tea community since it opened in 2006. The new owners will continue to operate the facility in the same manner. The Tea Tots Childcare Center can currently accommodate 142 children. The center provides services primarily to children aged six-weeks to pre-kindergarten. It also provides before and after school care and summer care for school age children. The center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The materials are manufactured locally which allows the business to keep costs down for its customers without sacrificing quality.
