Boji Bark opened in 2016 in the Iowa Great Lakes region. Boji Bark is a pet resort offering upscale overnight accommodations and day camp services to canine companions while owners are in the area or out of town. With boarding offered 365 days a year, owners will always have a place for their pup to stay.

Dakota BUSINESS Finance worked with David Dancler of Security Savings Bank to assist Madison Lodging with an SBA 504 loan for the purchase of the AmericInn hotel in Madison, SD.
The AmericInn hotel was constructed in 2003 and consists of thirty-eight guest rooms on two floors. Hotel amenities include continental breakfast, vending machines, free wireless internet, an indoor pool, and guest laundry. The hotel is in close proximity to Madison Regional Health System, Dakota State University, and Lake Madison.

Fazoli’s is a fast casual Italian restaurant with more than 215 locations in twenty-eight states across the United States. At each location, the pasta is made fresh daily with high quality ingredients. This is Fazoli's second location in Sioux Falls.
