This is the hat that we grab in the morning and never take off all day, all summer. Sometimes you hardly know this ultralight, breathable 2.2 oz hat is on!
August In The Trial Garden
This month we’ve harvesting many of our new 2020 introductions:
‘Baby Spaghetti’ Winter Squash is one of the most prolific producers we have ever seen! The vines are literally loaded with palm sized, buttery yellow hard shelled squash. Just oven bake, dress with butter and parmesan, pesto or marinara sauce. A great, low calorie alternative to pasta!
Our new Watermelon ‘Mini Love’ is almost ready. These delightful little watermelons grow great in containers or take up little space in a garden bed. They are a small, personal sized watermelon with deep pink, extra crispy sweet flesh.
We love new Tomato ‘Costoluto Genovese’ not only for its great flavor, abundant fruits, and good disease resistance, but because these brilliant red, heavily lobed tomatoes look like jewels in the garden!
The sweet melon contrasts beautifully with the bright, fresh herbs and chile.
