We are impressed with these dwarf (2ft.) strawflowers! Truly no fuss flowers, they germinate easily and bloom for months. Their vibrant colors flowers light up the garden and can be cut and air dried, as “everlasting” flowers for indoor arrangements.
We are growing unusual Chile peppers this season: Espelette pepper is a cornerstone of Basque cooking, with delicious subtle heat. Traditional Amarillo Chiljuacle from Oaxaca, Mexico has a sweet citrus flavor with smoky undertones. Our Tabasco plants will soon be covered with the famous small peppers maturing pale green to orange to red. We can’t wait to make our own Tabasco hot sauce later this season!
