Fall Parent/Teacher conferences will take place In-Person
Wednesday, October 11th and Thursday, October 12th 3:15 - 7:15pm

Scheduling conferences will begin on Monday, October 3rd at 4:00pm
Picture Retakes  Thursday, September 29th.

Pictures will be distributed this week during Advisory.

New students or students who were absent during the original picture day/s should come to the camera on Retake Day.

Students who would like a retake must bring their original portrait packet to the camera and return it to the photographer.

Every year, St. Vrain Valley Schools prints an up-to-date version of the Code of Conduct for students and families to review. This important document guides students and school staff on what expectations for school conduct and the consequences for behaviors that fall outside of those expectations. It is important that families review this information every year and acknowledge their receipt and understanding of this document.

After you have reviewed this information, all families must sign an electronic acknowledgment that they have received, read, and understand the information contained, including the Annual Notification to Parents/Guardians; Behavioral Code of Conduct; Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents; and Board of Education Policies book. This year, students will have to pay for meals at school. If you need financial assistance with paying for meals, please complete the linked Federal Free/Reduced Price Meal Application. Federal guidelines require a new application each year. Last year's status will not carry over to this school year. You can apply online at:

Our Fall Sports seasons are underway and include Boys Golf, Boys Tennis, Cross Country, Football, Volleyball, Softball, Boys Soccer, and Cheer.  

Family or Student Athletic Passes.  A gate fee of $6 Adults/$5 Children will be charged for each home game.  Purchase a Family pass ($155) or a Student pass ($60) and waive gate fees for any  regular season games for all sports, all school year.  A great opportunity to skip lines at the ticket counter and save some money!  Click here to purchase.

Longmont High School Self-Care corner - for Parents & Students 

Together we can make a difference for LHS students, families and teachers

Paid opportunity for high school students. Grow your leadership skills with Community Schools.

High school students ages 16 and older are invited to work as a Program Aid for Community Schools at their local elementary schools. Community Schools before-and after-school childcare provides families in St. Vrain with a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for their children outside of regular school hours. Shift hours are after school until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Shift hours and days can be flexible. All training is paid for by the district.
