Up and Away    Bruce Peninsula Hospice and Bruce Peninsula Association for Community Living have collaborated on a new program to support Adults with an Intellectual Disability who are experiencing grief in our community. The 20-page guide, Up and Away, outlines a four week program of activities and topics of conversations to encourage the sharing of grief feelings and to normalize these feelings.   Read more...
