Hike for Hospice 2017 will take place on Sunday May 7th

It’s spring, a perfect time to take a hike.  Come join us on May 7th for our fifth annual Hike for Hospice Palliative Care. Join a team and walk with friends, family and neighbours to raise funds for Bruce Peninsula Hospice. April 16th, National Advance Care Planning Day, is the perfect time to think about these things. Advance Care Planning is thinking about your wishes for future care and talking about them with your substitute decision maker, someone who will speak for you and make medical decisions if you can't speak for yourself.
