In case you missed last month's amazing session with award-winning dietitian-nutritionist and weight loss expert Manuel Villacorta, the replay is now available. Also, make sure to sign up for next month's virtual event, Mindful Movement Yoga. This class combines Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, functional Barre Method, light strength training, somatic movement and Yoga Nidra into something aimed at creating more ease in your daily life.

Baby Knitwear by Kateryna Prykhodko

Meet resident, Kateryna Prykhodko and her adorable line of baby knitwear Metelyk-Knit. Kateryna has been sewing since she was a young girl, learning the craft from her grandmother as a child and continuing the family tradition for most of her life. Her expertise and skill level clearly shine through in her detailed products, including tiny trousers, petite bonnets, and super-cute knit stuffed animals. Kateryna and her son Kirill are one of five Ukrainian families welcomed in our buildings when they were forced to relocate from Ukraine due to the ongoing war that began in February of 2022.

Let the Holiday Season Begin!

We are kicking off the holiday season with newly installed holiday lights on a few of our buildings in San Francisco and Oakland. Snap a photo of you in front of your building and its lights, tag us @GreenTreePmco on Instagram, and we will share it on our profile. In December, we will be hosting our annual Building Holiday Decoration Contest with opportunities for residents to win prizes for voting. Stay tuned for more details.
