Minecraft Survival - Drexel

Drexel students are invited to join the Drexel Build program this week for a survival version of our Minecraft campus! Join the server and protect yourselves as the campus is invaded by monsters. Can you survive?

Digital Navigators Renewed!

The Digital Navigator program has been renewed for another year! Since May of 2020, our Digital Navigators have distributed over 130 devices and assisted over 200 households in West Philadelphia. And, through our outreach programs, we have reached 1000's of households in the West Philadelphia Promise Zone with information on free and discounted Internet programs.

The Digital Navigator Program will continue to focus on assisting with Internet connections and computer distribution, but will also work with Drexel's Beachell Family Learning Center to provide digital literacy assessments and training. Additionally, we will provide training to non-profits and community programs on how to get their clients connected.

Howloween Hero is a sugary sweet trick-or-treat adventure where you run around town as a mischievous puppy on a mission to track down your owner's favorite candy. Meet a colorful cast of characters, unlock new outfits, and track down every last confectionery crumb in this wholesome Halloween adventure for players of all ages. But beware! Rumor has it, a menacing monster is on the prowl and sniffing around for their next victim...

ExCITe at SXSW EDU 2022!

We'll be heading back to Austin, Texas in March for SXSW EDU! Our session proposal, Building an Inclusive Maker Community was accepted, featuring a panel with ExCITe faculty members Kareem Edouard, Youngmoo Kim, and Chris Wright, with Drexel PhD alumna Rasheda Likely (now a faculty member at Keenesaw State University).
