Today's Bee: Success with an interview on Internet.
I left you last week, Books Weekly readers who are not on ACE, with the impression that I got in to a thorough mess with regard to the Zoom interview I was supposed to have with the Russian-based group.

Well we did persist. Mikhail did interview me privately (well it was on Internet so we don't know whether Wuawei was listening in with their supposed superduper 5G technology).

The result is an interview of me by Mikhail which is totally in English.
The link to it is: https://youtu.be/2kfaz6y86Pkcccc
It didn't go that badly is my opinion.

There is another meeting in the series today (Saturday) I don't know the full details at the time of writing but I strongly suspect that it will be dual language if you don't speak Russian you have to listen to Russian between the English translations. Anyway if you want to have a go and see what's happening on the other side of the garden fence here is the link et cetera.

Mikhail wrote me:
"The link is the same.

"You can share it.

"I will read my lecture on the nearest Saturday 7pm Moscow time (your 5pm), 28 of January.

"Link will be https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81561285921 "  [that's the day this is sent to you]

There are a load of other bees buzzing around in my bonnet (I wonder why?). But I'm wary of letting them out. I suppose it's because although I spend hours sleeping I've got too much to do. So I won't let any more out as it produces too much trouble.

Not on ACE?

Get on ACE by just sending a message to the following address: Ants-Communication-Exchange+subscribe@groups.io . Just send it — a roboty thingame receives it, ignoring everything but the address and puts you on the list. Bob's your uncle.

Your application will probably land on my plate for approval, and I will gladly approve it as you are on Books Weekly.

if you not on ACE because your afraid of a load of ACE messages filling up your inbox there is a solution to that.
When you get your first ACE message go to the very very bottom and click on the bottom item on the left "Your Subscription". That will give you 6 alternatives. I suggest you click on "Daily Summary". With that choice every morning (perhaps at 6 o'clock) you'll get an email with list of messages sent out in the last 24 hours to ACE members. Just click on the ones you find interesting and the whole thread (messages with the same subject will duck up.

Otherwise if you have a question you can write to me and ask, my address is: ant.phillips@post8.tele.dk

Actually usually there are not a lot of ACE messages.

All best wishes, Antony.
