Happy Monday Friends!  Pozzie here and I am bringing that calm, mindful and positive energy your way today.  Do you have little humans at home with you?  Try out 10am Kids Meditation video (but really do it any time you want).   Teaching kids about meditation and intentional breathing can help their overall mental and physical health just like adults.  Bring them along on your Relax Monday adventure.  We also have a Joy Mediation for anyone that wants to boost their positivity a bit more today.
