Hello, Marie,

Thank you to everyone who made it to our open meeting on Saturday, and particular thanks to Jackie Wolf and Leslie Nyman of the Amherst LWV Health Care Committee, whose informative presentation sparked a lengthy conversation. 

We're also grateful for the donation Jackie and Leslie presented to our League from the Amherst League as a whole! Added to the seed treasury the State League has allotted us, we have sufficient resources to draw on for future programs. Thank you to Rebecca Fricke, President, and the entire Amherst LWV, and to Jean Cherdack and the board of the LWVMA, for helping us start on the right foot.
