'Your weekly dose of creativity' | Renewal #19

Renewal #19

Accepting change
Hey friends,

First, I hope that you are all alright and safe at home, as well as all of your loved ones.

Last week seemed like a random one, just a week like any others. Yet, this week the whole world seemed to have completly stopped turning. I (just like probably most of you reading this newsletter) am condemned to stay home for a few weeks. Universities, cinemas, restaurants, shops, borders are getting closed... hell even airlines between the U.S. and Europe have been closed. In moments like these, it's hard not to wonder...

What the hell is happenning in the world these days?
And, what to expect?

Well, don't look at me, I don't have any answers and I'm just as lost as you. In the 22 years I've lived on this Earth, it's the first time anything like this happened and it feels quite tempting to let anxiety rise or fall into panic. But I think in this kind of situation, the best thing to do is to accept change, accept that we don't know yet and believe  that everything will be alright in the end.

So, on my end I'll try to focus on that and make the most out of these next few weeks to care about my health and make progress on long-lasting projects. How will you use that time?
— What I learned this week
The format of the newsletter is most likely going to change in the next few weeks as I'll try to include more specific tips and tools for your specific needs. In the meantime, here are some apps that I've loved lately:
📃  What article I'm reading: "How to learn everything with the Feynman Technique" • Currently loving and feeling very inspired by this post on the Doist blog about the Feynman technique. Definitely worth a read.
📖 One post I'm loving:How to make yourself a learning machine” • Loving this issue of the Superorganizers newsletter.
