'Your weekly dose of creativity' | Renewal #17

Renewal #17

What can you do right now?
Hey readers,

I hope you're alright. This week, the newsletter is going to be a bit shorter than usual but I want to share some tips that I need to hear (and to apply to my life) more often.

Here are three things that, although very louable, will never help you: (1) judging yourself (2) looking for perfection and (3) worrying about the future.

When new challenges arise in your life, you should always focus your attention on your circle of influence: what can you do right now that will get you even a tiny bit closer to the solution?

Our brains can only really focus on one problem at a time so, as much as possible, divide the scary tasks you have in smaller task that you know how to handle, then take them down, one after the other.

📃  What app I'm loving: 1Password • I've been using it for a while so nothing new under the sun, but it's still the best password manager I got to try. Very practical and helps me to be more productive.
📖 One book I will be loving (again): In case any of you wants to join, I plan to re-read one of the books that has had the most impact on my life so far: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey. If you'd like to join me, just reply to this email!
