Update 12 for Get Off My Lawn!

Thank you for subscribing for updates for A Whim Away's new book, Get Off My Lawn! 

I am thrilled to share with you that Get Off My Lawn! now has a theme song! Have a listen on SoundCloud. It was a collaboration between myself (lyrics) and Amanda Rae Kelly (composition). The song was a lot of fun to create, with an electronic keyboard hooked up to GarageBand on my Mac.

On the first Sunday of November, I was part of an independent authors stall at Woodstock Artisan Market, along with local authors Maria and Conchita. I sold out of copies for Get Off My Lawn! The market runs every first Sunday of the month, and Maria, Conchita, Jim and I will be there on Sunday 4 December 12-3pm, at 22 Church St Burwood NSW Australia.

Only one week left until Book Fair Australia. I can't believe it's finally here! There will be stickers and bookmarks on offer, as well as autographed copies of my books. I will be part of a panel on the Saturday, about writing the Australian experience. There will be a scavenger hunt, and if you come to my stall, I will give you a big clue! Come and buy your ticket to this exciting event.

Starting from the next newsletter, I will be talking about my next project, codenamed 'SS'. I currently have a half-completed manuscript, which Adam (my writing mentor) and I are working on. I will take you through the process, from getting out of writer's block and onwards.
