Spring 2021
Cancer Awareness Guide

One of our colleagues, complex GI  cancer navigator Gwen Spector, has put together a cancer awareness guide for Spring, including links for more information, prevention, and how to get involved:

February  March April

Dallas/Fort Worth Community Events and Family Support

Our metroplex offers a wide variety of virtual support groups, family support, and community events throughout the year. Below are some of the events happening in the Spring, and beyond.

Movie nights. Song circles. Dance parties. Scavenger hunts. Talent Shows. Camp Kesem chapters, student leaders and campers from coast-to-coast are taking part in our virtual summer camp program designed to give children impacted by a parent’s cancer the opportunity to build connections and relationships, provide avenues for self-expression and reflection and to have fun with other kids who are going through similar experiences.

To join our local chapter's virtual Friends and Family Day on February 21st, please visit: https://www.facebook.com/CampKesemUTD
