Welcome to my very first issue of the Mill Valley REAL!  I’ve always been interested in MV Real Estate and all that our incredible town has to offer. This newsletter combines that knowledge with feedback from friends to give you my comprehensive take on it all. I am striving towards an entertaining and informative read. This newsletter is a work in progress and will evolve over time. Hope you enjoy!
The 2022 Spring Real Estate market will be remembered for new listings going to market fast and selling at record high sales prices.  As evident with our Recently Sold Featured Homes, all Mill Valley neighborhoods are seeing astronomical sold prices.  With inventory remaining at an all time low we are still seeing multiple offers on many listings from highly motivated buyers.  Although interest rates hikes and price increases concern buyers, many continue to transact with the expectation that the market has value for a longer term hold.  So far, there has never been a better time to be a seller in Mill Valley.  If you, or someone you know, are thinking of selling, we welcome the opportunity to help.

As many of you know, back in 2019 we did a full remodel of our home in MV.  A friend had referred Tina Humphrey to us and after meeting Tina for the first time we knew she was the right Builder to realize our vision.  She is extremely busy and is booked out well into 2024.  With that said, time flies and she is always available to meet and disucss your project ideas.

Tina Marie Humphrey has been a designer since 1983, a licensed General Contractor since 1989 and a resident of the California Coast since 1961. She is the ultimate builder girl, and designs, builds and/or remodels 3-4 homes each year.

Buildergirl Design and Construction can handle all aspects of planning and designing, including the permit processing and can even help in obtaining the right financing. During the construction, consideration is made for trees, neighbors, all materials and fixtures, with no details left unfinished…right through a polishing clean and sometimes even a little help on ‘move in day’.

Tina encourages prospective home builders to contact former clients, personal references and local tradesmen to gain a broader perspective of her style and reputation.
