The next installment of UM's Last Lecture Series is coming up with Katie Kane, UM professor of English literature, cultural studies, and colonial studies. This lecture challenges the professor with this question: "If you had one lecture left to give, what would you say?"

Montana Poet Laureate Michael Earl Craig will read from his recently published "Poems Across the Big Sky II" anthology. Craig was named one of "20 New American Poets" by the Poetry Society of America.

Holiday Show Hours // Radius Gallery

In order to celebrate their annual Holiday Show, the region's largest affordable fine art sale, the Radius Gallery will be open late on both Friday and Saturday.


Dance Up Close // Masquer Theatre, PARTV Center, UM

This dance production, put on by UM School of Theatre & Dance, is an annual fan favorite that takes advantage of the intimate black box theatre in order to give audience members a view of three sides of the performance. Choreographers will explore themes of identity, transformation, and fantasy.

Parade of Lights // Downtown

Join the rest of Missoula at this annual event that marks the beginning of the holiday season. The parade begins on the Hip Strip and travels north on Higgins to the end of the red XXXX's, where there will be free cocoa, caroling, bonfires, and the lighting of the Downtown Holiday Tree.
