Join the Northwest Narrative Medicine Collaborative in developing narrative medicine leaders.
Narrative Medicine Facilitator Training teaches the challenging skills of listening, observing, connecting, and leading. This two-week virtual workshop creates space to practice, strengthen, and renew our empathy and curiosity, which are vital to care and healing.
Call for Small Group Facilitators
We are hiring five facilitators to lead five small group sessions during training. Small group facilitators should have a demonstrated understanding of narrative medicine theory and practice, experience facilitating small groups, and a commitment to and demonstrated practice of equity, diversity, and inclusion in organized settings. Compensation is $600 to be paid upon completion of course.
Call for Assistant Facilitators to support and co-lead the five small group sessions. Assistant facilitators will be paid a $100 stipend and tuition will be waived for the full training.
We welcome individuals from diverse professional and personal backgrounds who are passionate about bringing narrative medicine practice to their own communities.
We welcome you.
