Europe has been very romantic! Although we didn’t stay at a Sybaris and swim around in a heart-shaped hot tub, we did get a chance to visit the original Infant Jesus of Prague Cathedral, the namesake of the church we were married in almost 13 years ago. Being able to visit this together was wonderful.
We used Meetup.com again to find a way to connect with the locals, this time getting free access to an impressive co-work space while in Prague. Free wifi, open work area, sharing lunch with the owner, and getting a sense of how the local freelancers do their daily grind. It was a productive and fun day!
We are also scheduled to hang out with a group in Vienna tomorrow night that we found through Meetup. Art, music, and culture at the top of an old museum - should be a great time. Again, along with Facebook events, it’s a great way to connect on your travels with locals and see cultural events around you.
We have a double whammy with Hong Kong this week with a new blog post that Nikki created to highlight the best things we found during our ten days there, along with the new Podcast Episode that goes into added details.
Then we discuss the surprise cities that we have found since starting our travels and how we decide which location is next. Please check out this week's podcast to hear more.
We have reached out to all of the winners of the Podcast Review Contest and were grateful for their reactions. Please continue to review the podcast on iTunes as it helps us climb the iTunes charts so that more people can find the podcast and join in the travel fun.
A special note to our mothers this week:
We love you and appreciate all of your support during these travels. We could not do it without your endless love.
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the Moms that follow along!
