Penn Transit’s New App: PennTransit Mobile
On November 26, riders of Penn Transit’s on-request shuttle services will need to begin using a new app – PennTransit Mobile. PennTransit Mobile will replace the current PennRides on Request app, and offer several enhancements to riders’ current experience, including improved arrival estimates, the ability to see fixed-route and on-demand options in one screen, integration of bike sharing and walking options, and commonly requested points of interest.
PennTransit Mobile is currently available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. While the app will not be in use until November 26, it’s important that riders download the app now in order to be ready when our transportation service transitions to PennTransit Mobile.
