Little Dresses for Africa

DPC's group that sews for good will be meeting on Wednesday, February 1 from noon to 4 PM in the conference room. Everyone is invited to join, even if you don't know how to sew, you can do these projects that help people, both at home and abroad.

Possible Changes to Family Promise!

Family Promise is hoping to expand its outreach to the community by having more space available to families. A possible solution to this issue is that there is an emergency shelter in Waukesha, which is typically vacant during the warmer months of the year (April 24-October 27). Family Promise wants to utilize this space, and bring volunteers from member churches in, to provide food and spend time with families for one night each month. If you're interested in participating in this program, contact Jane Lurvey.

New Church Directories Available!

Updated versions of the Church Directory are available now! If you're unable to attend church, but would still like one, please email Pastor Nikki: PastorNikkiDPC@gmail.com

Handbell Choir & Pop-Up Choir

DPC & KMUPC's joint handbell choir will ring at DPC on Sunday, February 12. And they are tentatively scheduled to ring at KMUPC on March 19.

Our Pop-Up Choir meets on the first Sunday of each month at 8:30 AM to rehearse a song and then share it at the service on the same day. Everyone is invited!

Ash Wednesday at DPC

Wednesday, February 22 is Ash Wednesday. On this day, DPC will have a 6:30PM service for receiving ashes. If there is interest, there will be a simple soup supper before the service beginning at 5:30PM. If you would like to participate in the soup supper, please contact Pastor Nikki.

Adult Education Bible Study

DPC's Adult Bible Study group has completed their study of the book of Genesis! In light of this, we will dive into a limited series for the season of Lent. In this series, we will explore Lenten themes in the Bible at each session. The dates of our meetings during Lent are: February 26, March 12 and March 26. Come join us for this limited series!

Loose Change Sunday

Remember that on the first Sunday of each month, any cash that's not in an envelope that goes into our offering plate will be used for DPC's various mission projects, so make sure to give generously!
