Oops! You may have seen an eblast this afternoon from Barb Giles, GVR's new Communications Coordinator. To make sure you recognized the sender, we have sent it again, this time from GVR. ;)  Welcome to your new role, Barb!

Drop-in room use is here! Starting Monday, December 12, weekly schedules will be posted next to most meeting rooms on the campus. Between reservations, members are welcome to use rooms while applying the wilderness lover's ethic: LEAVE NO TRACE. When staff need to come in to set up for the next activity, we ask drop-in users to exit promptly. All unreserved rooms in major centers will be locked at 8pm. The following rooms will not be available for drop-in use: kitchens in major centers, West Center rooms, the Mesquite Room at Canoa Hills, and the Art Rooms at East Center and Santa Rita Springs. If a room does NOT have a posted schedule, it is exempt from drop-in use.

Drop-in table tennis is getting a boost: Starting tomorrow, Saturday, December 10, drop-in table tennis is available at Las Campanas from 9am-5pm each Saturday (except January 7 when there was a previous reservation for the room) and at Canoa Hills from Noon-2pm. At Canoa Hills, expect a fourth table by Christmas, and look for new paddles and balls in both locations shortly. For the full schedule, click HERE.

The WINTER COURSE CATALOG has arrived. Registration starts MONDAY December 12Find the course catalog in centers, at the administrative office, or online HERE.
Walk-in registration begins on Monday, December 12 at 8am.
West Center has additional staff stationed to assist with wait times, and you can enjoy coffee, donuts and snacks while you're there.  If you can't get to West Center, then you can register for classes at Las Campanas or Canoa Hills. Please note that phones will not be answered until the rush clears on the first morning of registration.
