Thank you to our March mentors Alisa Rose and Bob Athayde! And as always, many thanks to Ragnar Bohlin for great choral workshops that keep voices healthy and spirits lifted.

Hello Friends,
We have lived through a year of COVID and it seems like there might be light at the end of a long tunnel. For musicians, we still don't know what the world after the pandemic will look like. Will there be concerts with smaller capacity? When will choruses get to rehearse in the same room? I hope we start to know soon. One thing is certain: with warmer weather we will start hearing chamber music and even larger ensembles playing outside and I am really looking forward to music re-entering our live world. If your group is planning a performance please post it on the AMN Facebook page - we'd love to help spread the word!
AMN's first online workshop was a year ago, on April 18. Now, 40 online workshops later, our anniversary month brings another wonderful online conversation with AMN Curator David Landis. He'll interview Broadway and cabaret legend Karen Mason on April 17 and I know you'll love getting to know her. Then you won't want to miss Dr. Lynn Kuo, who helps musicians connect with their warrior spirit and become a "musical ninja." She'll bring her infectious enthusiasm to our online platform on April 24. For choral singers, April brings our next series of three Singing Saturdays workshops with Ragnar Bohlin. This month we are singing Verdi's electrifying Requiem, as well as selected opera choruses.
See below and visit the AMN workshops page for more information about AMN events.
