Sanctity of Human Life Sunday Worship Materials

God knows us. God appoints us. God blesses us to be a blessing. These statements along with the verse from Jeremiah 1:5 are the focus of our worship materials to help your church honor Sanctity of Human Life Sunday on January 21. The world tells us that a person’s life is only as valuable as the circumstances into which they are born. However, as the people of God, we are called to seek flourishing for every person created in the image of God. Visit for worship resources including a bulletin insert, a prayer, and a responsive reading.

Do Justice reader survey

We want to discuss the questions that keep you up at night, the questions that you wish someone would talk about from a Reformed, justice-seeking perspective. As we head into our annual planning, we want to hear from you!

Can you take a few minutes to answer these 5 questions? Take the survey at:

Take action for Dreamers!

Take action for Dreamers today! Congress has only 34 legislative days to act before March 5, 2018—the day the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which protects almost 800,000 immigrant youth from deportation, will be terminated. Each day that Congress waits to pass the Dream Act, 122 DACA recipients lose their status. We have waited long enough—ask Congress to pass the Dream Act now.

Shoulder to Shoulder Statement

The President of the United States recently retweeted anti-Muslim videos. Shoulder to Shoulder, an interfaith campaign that the Christian Reformed Church is part of, released a statement in response. Join us in praying for the safety of our Muslim neighbors in contexts that are becoming increasingly hostile towards them. May they see the light of Christ reflected through our love this Christmas season.

Dear Tanya: A National Tragedy Hits Home
