Plein Air:
Bev Phaneuf will serve as the QAA Plein Air coordinator; she will organize group outings.

Social Media:
Jen Turner reported that she is presently the only one posting on our QAA Facebook page. Discussion followed, with Anne Cohen commenting that not everyone uses Facebook. Susan Shea had several good suggestions regarding the Facebook cover page and volunteered to work on that committee as well.
Jen Turner will add a link to the monthly mailchimp newsletter for access to our membership directory. She suggested that we can start putting artwork on our website soon.More volunteers are needed to help with Social Media.
New Business:
Susan Shea offered the use of the connector at the Belchertown Senior Center for a revolving display for QAA art work; the display would be changed monthly. This is not meant to encourage sales, but rather as a public relations outreach.
We agreed to discuss the following at our December meeting: all exhibit related paperwork - liability forms, polices for hanging, wires on artwork, and who will participate in the actual hanging.  There will be three volunteers hanging our exhibit each month. We also agreed to consider the possibility of having a “theme-based-exhibit” in the future.

Respectfully submitted,
Sandra Burke, Secretary
