Ann Cohan asked for a volunteer to co-chair the refreshment committee. If anyone is interested please contact Ann.
Publicity/Social Media/Marketing:
Susan Shea has sent announcements to the Sentinel, The Gazette and the Springfield Newspapers, and has updated info on our Facebook page.
Jen Turner sent out last month’s meeting notes via mail chimp which only about 1/2 of the members received.  She will send out a test email with a response request to help figure out the glitch in the system.
Denise Fontaine-Pincince explained the exhibit submission forms that Susan Shea completed.  She handed out copies to all in attendance and stated that they need to be brought with artwork to the Jan 3rd Chicopee Library Exhibit drop off.  One ‘tag’ form will be attached on the back of the artwork by the artist and a duplicate ‘tag’ will be completed and handed in with the submission(s) along with the completed registration form and the $5 fee. Questioned if the Chicopee take a % of sales: Lori said that they do not. (Cooley Dickinson Hospital and Amherst Library does and so does Amherst library.)

Kara Bigda reported that she has been comparing other websites and will be ready to activate the site soon. Donna Cote reported that she has also been researching and comparing other art association web sites and wants to help with our site development.

New Business:
Denise Fontaine-Pincince asked if anyone could volunteer to help with the monthly meeting room setup.  Anyone interested in helping could let her know. Alan Izatt offered. Susan Shea will look up info on Greg Rogers— a sample of work and info for the newspapers and webpage.
No member present has any current exhibits.

Respectfully submitted,
Susan Shea on behalf of Sandy Burke, Secretary
