SPECIAL REQUEST FOR HELP: Can You Do Some Grounds Weeding? We like to keep our grounds looking nice. Kathleen Griffin, Jackie Schauer and John Woodson have been busy weeding and working in the flower beds, and they'd like to see more people involved with our grounds care. If you can stop by the church, walk around our beautiful grounds, and pull some weeks, that would be most appreciated. If you spot a weed when you come by for a meeting or a service, please pull it up! If you need some help in determining what to pull, feel free to contact one of these three and they'll be happy to help you discern.
Friday Night Lights: Bring a candle, bring a lawn chair, and let your light shine! On Friday evenings about 30-45 minutes before sunset, you are invited to join the gathering on the front lawn of Grace Church. They aren't protesting or carrying signs. They are the sign - a small, visible sign of Christ in a troubled world. And Friday nights, you can join them in taking a couple of hours to, as Jesus taught, let your light shine. Please join in.
