Central Smith is putting together a delicious make-your-own sundae station.
We have planned outside activities, so make sure you wear comfy clothes and shoes and be ready to soak up some fun and games on the patio.

Navigating the waters of separation and divorce can seem like swimming in a tsunami … and the aftermath may leave you stranded on the beach, gasping for air.
IF you’ve been pushing down those uncomfortable feelings and ignoring those longstanding issues that are preventing you from living your best life …
IF things aren’t getting better and you feel isolated in your experience …
IF you’re serious about trying to get your life back on course …
IF you want to learn and grow together …
IF you would like to be part of planning the discussion topics …
THEN this education and support group is for you!
On a foundation of respect, compassion, honesty, commitment and confidentiality, we will explore what has been holding us back and how we can not only keep afloat, but truly sail!
We will begin with four Tuesday evening sessions (June 4, 11, 18, 25) and decide where we would like to take it from there. Cost is $25 per session. Please contact Allyson to respond to a brief questionnaire to determine topics and starting time of session.
