Navigating the Incentive with Integrity

The Department of Industry, Innovation and Science is committed to working with businesses in a fair and reasonable way; that’s why we’re improving the way we administer the program and interact with our customers, through a revised integrity management approach.

These improvements include a Service Commitment, outlining our commitment to two way engagement and transparent decision making.

We have also created an easy to follow Integrity Framework, outlining how we ensure the integrity of the program, and how we will work with businesses to get it right.
By ensuring that companies - from long term applicants, to first time registrants- have clear and comprehensive guidance, and a transparent view of the program journey, we ensure there are no surprises.
