IBenC Final Conference
The IBenC Consortium is glad to announce that its Final Conference will be featured within the context of the European Summit on Digital Innovation for Active & Healthy Ageing, as Partner Event

The Summit, organized by the European Commission and held in Brussels between 6-8 December 2016, will build on the achievements on the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy ageing (EIP AHA), past and current research & innovation in Horizon 2020, the Active and Assisted Living Joint Programme with Member States and the EIT-KIC on healthy living and active ageing.

The IBenC Final conference will take place on the 8th of December at the Thon Hotel EU. During the final conference results of this project will be launched, presenting the cost and quality analyses carried out by the IBenC consortium partners and the novel benchmarking method consequently developed. In short, the aims of the meeting are:
  • To promote the findings of the project around the cost-effectiveness of community care delivery systems in Europe;
  • To discuss how the IBenC method can help improving community care in Europe.
The participation is free of charge. Please click here for the provisional agenda.

IBenC National Stakeholders Webinars
In the coming weeks, the IBenC Project Consortium will organise a round of National Stakeholders Webinars which aim to give a comprehensive insight into how well the IBenC research tools are working and to stimulate discussion about community care in Europe including structure, care processes, cost containment issues and performance of professional health care organisations. These online based events represent an essential part of the IBenC dissemination activities and their target audience are community care organisations, local scientific communities, authorities and policy makers.

To ensure that specific in-country dialogue and nuance can be discussed and understood by all participants, each webinar will be held in the language of the country involved. This will also ensure improved in-country dissemination and ensure that access to the IBenC project and findings is not restricted on those who speak English.
