Session 11- New disclosure regulations: practical implementation

Join us to hear from our expert panel to discuss the disclosure requirements that come into force on 15 March 2021. These regulations apply to anyone who gives regulated financial advice to retail clients, such as banks and insurers, financial advisers and brokers, and robo-advice providers.

The panel will provide guidance over what you need to disclose, example wording of your disclosure statement and how your business can proactively prepare for the regulation change.
