Conference fee: $150/person CAN paid at registration.
Meals and Accommodation fee: $561.10 US per person. Includes 15 meals! Paid upon checkout.
Accommodation at Unity Village is based on double occupancy. We will match you with a roommate if you wish, or you can provide your roommate's name when you register and we will ensure that you are assigned the same room. Your roommate does not need to register at the same time as you. Depending on attendance, private rooms may become available at an additional cost. If you prefer a private room, please check the appropriate box on the registration form. Private rooms will be offered in order of date of registration.
TIMETABLE OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES
Plan to arrive at Unity Village by Wednesday afternoon Oct. 25. Dinner starts at 5:30 pm and the opening reception begins at 7 pm. The conference will conclude after the AGM which is scheduled for Monday morning. Unity Canada policy states that all delegates must attend the entire conference in order to receive the travel grant from Unity Canada.

COMMUNICATION: Moves and Milestones Kathy Eliasen, longtime Licensed Unity Teacher, associated with Unity Church of Nanaimo, BC, made her transition surrounded by family and friends on May 28, 2017. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday July 8 at Unity Church of Nanaimo.
Education: US Dollar Exchange Rate Grant Grants are available for US Dollar exchange rate expenses related to completed courses, on-site L&O interviews and on-site intensive weeks for ministerial students including Unity Village and UUMS.
This policy is retroactive to Jan 1 2016.
Students who have successfully completed SEE Credit Classes; Ministerial Path classes and/or pre-requisite Ministerial path classes and/or required L&O and intensive weeks, and have received acknowledged written credit from UWSI mayapply for reimbursementof the US dollar exchange when there is an adverse US dollar exchange rate.
