I don’t know about you, but being at home every day from mid-March and now into May has had a profound effect on my mood and accomplishments. Some days, I breeze through my to-do list and have time for blue sky thinking. Other days I stray from it, as the plight of the world becomes all encompassing. To help me determine my focus every morning, I circle 3 of the words listed below to best describe how I feel. At the end of the day, l look at the 3 words again and ask myself… did the acknowledgement of my mood help me accomplish what I was best suited for? Was I in alignment?
We encourage you to do this through the weekend and into next week. Make it a habit. And then eventually, try and select only one word per day. Hopefully this will help encourage focus, but at the very least – it’s an interesting and engaging exercise! You’ve nothing to lose, and hopefully much to gain!  Thanks to my friend Michelle for introducing me to more focused days.
