SEP organizes workshops to build knowledge in parents, caregivers, therapists and teachers by providing information on specific topics and therapy interventions related to the different needs.

Early Intervention Consultations 2017




SEP organizes monthly Early Intervention Consultations where children and their parents are seen by a multi-disciplinary team of SEP members and are offered information, support and advice on how to stimulate their child.  In 2017 SEP will visit 6 counties for the consultations:

Dance for Youth with Special Needs


SEP organizes Dances for Youth with Special Needs, in partnership with Sarakasi Trust at the Sarakasi Dome in Ngara. The events are organized to create an avenue where youth with disabilities can relax, have fun and dance in a safe environment supported by their loved ones, caregivers and therapists.

In 2017 SEP will have the event on Fridays from 10:30am - 1:00pm to allow more schools to attend.
