Satharn na nGael - A Gaelic Saturday - 5 Meitheamh 2021 Beidh clár lae, Satharn na nGael, á reáchtáil againn trí Zoom ar an Satharn, an 5ú lá dé Mheitheamh 2021. The Bad News - Unfortunately, Daltaí na Gaeilge will not be hosting our Immersion Weekend in Esopus in May. The situation in New York State is still not sufficiently improved as regards the COVID pandemic; and too many restrictions remain in place. Probably no one is surprised to hear that.

The Good News - We are very happy to announce that we will be presenting Satharn na nGael via Zoom on the fifth of June. (Full details are below.)

Cautious Optimism - We are in regular contact with the team in Esopus, and they say that they have every expectation that they will be able to go ahead with their summer programs. They have advised us that we will have August 29th to September 4th for our 2021 Summer Immersion Week. Be sure to mark those dates on your calendar right away! More information to follow.

Below are the details for Satharn na nGael 2021.

A Gaelic Saturday - Satharn na nGael - June 5th 2021 Our annual one-day Irish Language Program (Satharn na nGael) will be held online via Zoom on Saturday the 5th of June 2021. For this year only, all registrations and payments must be made through the internet. Because the event will be conducted entirely online, no announcements or registration forms will be mailed out.

The Zoom Room will open at 8:45 in the morning for check-in and informal conversation; and the official program will start at 9:00 a.m. You can find a full description of the event along with a Schedule of the Day in the DALTAÍ SHOP through this link.
