Winter Solstice Newsletter
December 20, 2016

Hello everyone!
I am sharing some of my own photos with you today! All photos in this newsletter have been created by me as artistic expressions with some of my dog friends, and signed prints are available for purchase. Hope you enjoy them!
In other exciting news, recently I have started training a small number of individuals in the energetic healing techniques that I have been practicing for more than 30 years, with wonderful successes. If you have any interest in learning these kinds of things, please let me know.
I am not planning any of my usual big trips to Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, or other places exotic this winter, so I will be here for your Animal Communication needs forDecember and January.

Tomorrow morning at 5:44 AM (here in New Jersey USA) it will be the depth of the winter solstice, after which every day is going to get longer and brighter and eventually warmer (in the Northern hemisphere- hallo's out to my Aussie and New Zealand friends)
This is a good time to go within and learn from whatever you can by from looking into the darkest recesses of yourselves and then, bring more understanding to that so you can come into the Light more and more. Remember that connecting with others also helps us get through the cold of winter time.

For our animals in the northern winter, this is the time to be more aware of keeping them physically protected if you live in a cold climate like I do. That can mean anything from making up a homemade paw protector like the one I posted on my Facebook "Listen to the Animals page" (www.facebook.com/listentotheanimals ), buying or knitting a coat or sweater for your dogs if they have short fur (only to be used when needed and only if your animal seems to enjoy wearing them) to checking your horse's turn out blankets for mustiness, cleanliness and integrity, and seeing if they might enjoy something new, like getting a bucket full of warm water once a day. Some horses like having this "cup of tea" experience, it just warms their belly a bit. :)

Whatever kind of animal you have it's a good time of year to review their comfort in the changing seasons and also think about what your emergency plan is in place if there's a loss of power for an extended period of time. This way everyone can sleep better at night.
Love to all of you from Bodhi and I, who is pictured here in the first snowfall of this year wearing his new orange Nor'easter coat. :-)

Please stay warm in body, heart, and soul, and take the time to nourish who you truly are as well as support your animals in expressing themselves.

God bless and goodbye for now!
