Some days, that goal seems like a far away fairyland, but I promise you are on your way as long as you continue believing you are. Small steps, big faith
If it's scary, you know you're doing it. If it's stretching your boundaries, you're on the way to expanding
your comfort zone.
You don't need to believe me, <<First Name>>, but could you entertain the idea of it just for today? I invite you to say to yourself, "I am doing it."
Say it when you aren't sure about the next step (you're already moving along it). Say it when you fall flat on your face (your track record for getting up so far has been impeccable). Say it when you don't even know what IT is (it'll look clearer soon).
