The South Shelby Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Diamond Award Luncheon last week and M4A was selected at the Non-Profit of the Year for 2018! We appreciate the Chamber and its members for recognizing the work of our agency across Shelby County.
M4A recently received a three-year accreditation for “Case Management for Long-Term Services and Supports” from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for its Medicaid Waiver Services program. This accreditation is earned by organizations who meet NCQA’s mission of improving the quality of health care.
M4A and Living Well Alabama partners have scheduled five new Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) workshops beginning in January as follows:
