More USA Rarities...

...and more to come!

After last week’s cold-chain Half Acre drop (still available), today we had cans arrive from the US that are rarer-still in these parts – New York’s Finback and 18th Street of Hammond, Indiana! Both breweries sprung from home-brewing projects; Finback were founded in 2011 but released the first beer from their permanent Queens home in 2014, and 18th Street were founded in 2010, releasing their first beer (a DIPA, no less) in 2013.

If you made it to London Craft Beer Fest earlier this month you might have already tried both of these breweries top quality brews. Either way, you have the chance to grab these rarities from us this week (Finback quantities are limited & these beers are certainly not cheap):

  • Finback People Power
    Grassy, dank, sweet IPA (7.3%)
  • Finback Definitely Seriously (x Bellwoods of Toronto)
Pithy, resinous and caramel-malty imperial wheat IPA with lactose (8.2%)
  • Finback Between The Dead
Bourbon barrel-aged stout brewed with cacao and finished with coconut & cinnamon. 99/89 on Ratebeer (10%)
  • 18th Street Candi Crushable
Golden, creamy, light & bitter session IPA (4.5%)
  • 18th Street Oh So Pretty
Dry-hopped rye saison with classic flavours of yeast ester, pepper spice, bread & citrus (5.4%)
  • 18th Street Fox & The Hunted – robust coffee & chocolate porter (5.2%)

And we have just heard today that we will have a delivery of Kentucky's Against The Grain next week!
