The highlight here is Kernel Table Fresh Hop - during Kent's hop picking season they drove down to collect fresh green hops for the boil, and again the following day to collect the same hops that had been dried overnight, which they used for dry-hopping. The hop is Bramling Cross, known for its berry flavours, but in this beer it shows as gentle, fresh & soft.

We feel very lucky to have got ourselves a couple of the very few kegs that come out of Boxcar's brewery in Homerton. We've had the odd bottles and kegs from Sam before now - if you've tried them, you know how good this stuff is.
