Lambic Releases, Burning Sky Coolship,
Jester King & Firestone Walker!

This is an exciting time of year for fans of a spontaneous ferment - it hasn't been long since Mills Brewing released their first full spontaneously fermented bottle, Cantillon's Zwanze Day was last weekend (we were at Beer Merchant's Tap drinking all the sours), loads of lambic bottles are landing on UK shores, and Burning Sky have released their first ever beer made using their coolship

This week we are expecting a selection of rare lambics from Cantillon, 3 Fonteinen and Tilquin. Plus, Burning Sky's exciting Coolship Release No.1 and a couple of very special American barrel-fermented bottles
from Jester King and Firestone Walker

We are taking online order requests for these bottles
and we will allocate orders on a first-come basis
(we are limited to the amount we can order
and some of these bottles will sell out *very* quickly).
Bottles will be available to collect from Friday.

See the full list below then click the big greeny-blue link
to place an order request.
PS Down below there is also a long list of exciting new & recent arrivals from Verdant (lots), Cloudwater (a West Coast!), Villages (new special), Kernel (green hop table!), Left Handed Giant, Magic Rock, Donzoko, Pressure Drop, Northern Monk, Unity x Boxcar, Affinity, Mikkeller, Little Pomona Cider and Oliver's Cider. Plus a couple of new red bagnums from Le Grappin. And bottled Negroni. That's all.

Burning Sky Coolship Release No1 (75cl)
To celebrate their 5th anniversary, Burning Sky have released their first beer made using the coolship installed in the rafters of their East Sussex farmhouse brewery. We were lucky enough to sample this on draught last weekend and it stands up to the best Belgian lambic offerings - soft, honeyed & tart
Cantillon Fou Foune (75cl)
Fragrant blend of 18 to 20 month-old lambics with organic Bergeron apricots

Cantillon Lou Pepe Framboise (75cl)
Intensely fruited blend of two-year-old lambic with raspberries

3 Fonteinen Framboos Oogst 2017 (75cl)
Lambic aged for 5 months with organic raspberries

3 Fonteinen Armand & Gaston Magnum (150cl)
Blend of young, half-old and old lambics

Tilquin Pinot Gris (75cl)
Blend of 1, 2, and 3-year old lambics with Pinot Gris grapes

Firestone Walker Feral One 2018 (37.5cl)
Annual blend of well-aged barrels, selected by the Masterblender and Barrelmeister. An earthy, funky nose; complex ester notes of dried apricots, strawberry, guava and orange. Oak, lavender, vanilla and cinnamon lurk. Acidity, soft tannins and firm carbonation.
Batch Four is a blend of:
52.6% blend of Lil' Opal 2012, 2014 & 2015
23.5% Wheaty Blonde
16% Bretta Weisse
3.9% Lil' Mikkel
3.9% SLOambic

Jester King Colour Five (37.5cl)
Barrel-aged farmhouse ale refermented with Texas-grown blueberries. A beautiful bottle from a personal favourite farmhouse brewery
