Brooklyn Pastrami Burger
So it is no wonder this double pastrami special addition for our Father’s Day menu proved so popular we’ve decided to keep it on the menu permanently.

Featuring 100% Australian ground sirloin and our very own pastrami ground together into a peppery, spicy patty, then topped with hand-carved slices of our fabulous pastrami, Swiss Cheese and our kicky Russian dressing on a brioche bun.

Have you tried the new Korean Spicy Beef Salad yet? It is just one of the 3 new salads to grace our menus - along with 'The Provence' and 'The Roasted Root Vegetable & Spinach', which are super healthy & delicious any time of the day.

The Korean comes with spicy gochugaru seared Australian sirloin, raw baby bok choy, ribboned kale, avocado, pickled radish & onion & Brussels sprout kimchi.

Oh, and did we mention it is grain, gluten & dairy free. Yum.
We’ve been dreaming of using the Macadamia in a new dessert for some time - it's creamy texture and flavour is unique and the health benefits are many. 

Our combination of this classic creamy nut with the heirloom damson plum creates Sundae heaven.

The Macadamia, Plum & Lemon Myrtle Sundae features macadamia ice-cream, damson plum compote, lemon myrtle custard, coconut blossom caramel, macadamia brittle.

Destined to become a new favourite.
If there's one thing we hear a lot from regular customers, it is why is the Amazon Superfood Acai Bowl only available at Mandarin Gallery? Well, we hear you - why should something so good be kept a secret from Scotts Square... Along with a few other popular Brunches, the Amazon has now been added to the Scotts Square menu. Enjoy.

Pastrami is a Wild Honey favourite – we make it to a long-held family recipe and it features in some of our most popular dishes of all time – the Delancey & the Grilled Ruben - and it takes centre stage in our new Brooklyn Double Pastrami Burger.

So it goes without saying that we were thrilled that Asia Cuisine magazine featured our very own Pastrami in their recent Pastrami & Bagel tasting session.

"Wowed by this amazing dish from @wildhoneysg !! This was their CALIFORNIAN (vegan option). The bulk of the dish was made up of their Softly Scrambled Tofu, which tasted so crazily like scrambled egg whites . With bell peppers, onion, mushroom 🍄, sriracha, Eggplant 🍆 ‘bacon’ and served with a side of sourdough! Seriously would highly recommend @wildhoneysg 😆😆😆
