*NEW* Digital Communication Tools for TPP Programs
[instant download]

When was the last time your Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) program assessed whether your social media channels are working for you? TPP programs can use these two job aids to get an overview of best practices for different digital channels (including social media), and to conduct an assessment of their organization’s digital channels and identify opportunities for improvement.

*NEW* Resources for TPP Programs to Engage Caregivers
[instant download]

Two new resources can help TPP program staff engage with caregivers:

  • The Develop an Elevator Pitch to Engage Caregivers Job Aid is intended to support staff in developing a short and compelling speech they can use to share information that will compel caregivers to engage in the program and understand the barriers to caregiver involvement.
  • Talking with Teens about Sex: Resources for Caregivers includes a list of online resources designed to prepare caregivers to have conversations with their teens about sex and other sensitive topics. TPP programs should vet the resources before sharing them with caregivers.

Preconception health services support the health of individuals of reproductive age before conception or between births (interconception) and benefit all individuals of reproductive age, regardless of whether they are planning a pregnancy. Participants will also learn about RHNTC resources that are designed to help family planning providers review and strengthen the quality of their preconception health services, including the Preconception Health Toolkit. Register for the workshop.
