Welcome to our Winter 2019 newsletter.

Last year was a fantastic year for Barr Gazetas. 2018 saw us celebrate our 25th anniversary and over the past few months we have seen some long-standing projects reach completion and some incredible ones start.

We look forward to the year ahead and seeing more of you in 2019! Thank you for all your support.
Tower House, Lewisham, reaches completion
Our latest residential project, Tower House in Lewisham, has reached completion.

The complex project has been in the practice since 2012 and the final 4th phase, our two-storey rooftop extension, is now complete with residents all moved in.

We will be sharing more about the project in the coming months but above you can see the extension, clad in red pleated metal, changing colour in the Lewisham sunshine.

10x10 Article 25 Art Auction

2018's Article 25 10x10 art auction covered the route of the Elizabeth Line from Paddington to Whitechapel. Alistair Barr was delighted to take part for the third year running, and painted the square that includes Heddon Street.

His entry (above) revisits our Hidden Heddon event from 2017 and includes Snow White, the golden calf, and David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust album cover.

One Heddon Street
Our first flexible workplace for The Crown Estate, One Heddon Street, has launched.

We put wellbeing and sustainability at the heart of the project along with a strong emphasis on quality, creating a workplace that is light, airy and calm. There are a variety of flexible working styles catered for: open and private offices, meeting rooms, and break-out spaces, plus a flexible venue space.

Shortlisted for the 2019 BCO Awards, there is already much acclaim.
