Dear <<First Name>>,

It's hard to believe how quickly January has flown by, but I am excited for what this year will bring. The beginning of a new year gives me the chance to reflect on what we've accomplished and what lies ahead. We are grateful to have had significant growth this past year, as well as completing some of the most exciting projects in our history. We are launching a brand new website in the next few months, and we're busy with photo shoots to show off some of these stunning new spaces.

In August, we added a full-time designer to our staff, and we welcomed a new office manager. I'm thrilled to introduce you to our two new Nip Tuck team members, Allison Scott and Julie Castillo!

Nip Tuck has been talking about Happiness Guaranteed for quite some time. Happy clients, willing to share their stories publicly, continually add to our success, and for the fifth year in a row, we have been honored with the Best of Houzz 2018 - Client Satisfaction award from Houzz.

I am truly grateful to have such a successful design/build firm. In fact, being a woman-owned-and-operated firm is a differentiator for Nip Tuck. I and others like me are stepping into the construction space and bringing a fresh focus on building relationships and nurturing our clients. In fact, I think it is a welcome disruption to the industry.

During these cold months, we most often stay inside to stay warm by the fire or prepare warm meals in the kitchen. So, safety is of the utmost concern, and it's important to check your fire extinguishers and make sure they're working well.

All of us at Nip Tuck wish you a Happy New Year. If you or someone you know is considering a remodeling project, we'd love to help decide on the right plan. Just give us a call!

Dream big!

How Women Are Disrupting the Construction Industry
The ability to quickly establish trust and then create and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective buyers is more than just a nicety; it is a must-have skill in today’s marketplace. We work in an industry that is not always known for its ability to listen to and nurture clients, and while women are not the sole inspiration for the changing face of the construction industry, women are bringing something to the industry that is a game-changer. As the tides shift and more women enter the space, they create teams and systems around them that are different from what has been – and they are disrupting the industry.

 Maintenance Tip
Inspect Your Fire Extinguishers
Having a fire extinguisher in your home is a smart safety precaution, but you don't want to wait until you need it to find out if it's still functional. You should inspect your fire extinguishers regularly to make sure that the seals are still intact, that the extinguishers are still pressurized, and that they have no signs of damage.
