FPSBA's Networking Luncheon on February 8th

Bring your appetite! The first luncheon of the new year will be held at Sauce on the Side at their newest location in The Grove at 4261 Manchester Ave. Join us on Wednesday, February 8th from 11:30am - 1:00pm for a catered lunch and a presentation by special guest speaker, Don Roe, Director of Planning and Urban Design and Agency for the City of St Louis.

Don will be speaking on the various projects happening in the City, Cortex and Downtown, as well as the importance of MetroLink in connecting our City to our river heritage (both short and long term), vacancy and density, our respecting and encouraging diversity and a high level of quality of life for all in our 62 square miles.

YOUR LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD GROCERY STORE. The mission of City Greens Market is to provide fresh, quality, affordable produce, to promote healthy living and provide a space for neighbors to interact. All food sold in the market are from local farmers and sold at cost to make it affordable to everyone. If you haven't been, make sure to visit and see all the market has to offer. 
NEW IN 2017 - City Greens officially became their own not-for-profit 501(c)3 this past Fall 2016. As such, they are encouraging all local businesses to take advantage of their reduced business membership price plans. City Greens is currently running a business membership drive where all corporate donations received will be directly matched $1 for $1 by an anonymous donor. Membership fees paid are tax-deductible.

Limited-Time Business Membership Pricing: $500 for up to 10 employees; $750 for up to 20 employees; $1000 for up to 30 employees. Special arrangements can be made for businesses with 31+ employees.

Local Business Spotlights
In each volume of the FPSBA newsletter, we will be showcasing a business in the neighborhood. This is a great opportunity for organizations to tell the neighborhood about their business, what makes them unique, and highlight anything special that community members may not know about the organization. Be sure to check next month's newsletter as we shine the business spotlight on Paraquad, one of our new 2017 FBSBA members.
