Join us for the next installment of the "Keeping Connected" alumni webinar series, taking place February 18th at 4:00 pm. This month we are featuring Rob Dongoski, who will be discussing "Food System Reimagined: Innovation and Disruption."
Rob leads Ernst &Young’s Agribusiness sector globally and focuses on strategy, innovation and M&A for many of our clients in the Agribusiness and Food sectors. As EY’s global leader, he is at the forefront of industry issues and works directly with client executives to optimize their approach in the global markets.  He also serves as the lead partner on several global accounts ranging from seed/chem, Agri-retail, grain processing, and meat processing. 
Rob’s experience ranges from growth strategy to operating model design to digital innovation across the Agri value chain.    Rob has also worked extensively to foster innovation and digital adoption across the industry with corporate clients, private equity, and venture capital communities.
In nearly 22 years with EY, Rob has served companies such as Monsanto, Bayer Crop Sciences, Dupont/Corteva, Nutrien (formerly Agrium/CPS and PotashCorp), Land O’ Lakes, CHS, Tyson Foods, ADM, Hillshire Brands, Kellogg, Cargill, Ingredion, The Andersons, Beam Global, and Kraft. This client base and his role as the senior advisory partner on several other clients have enabled him to become a knowledge leader on matters of critical importance to global and market-leading companies.

Alan Puzey (IALP '84) Agent with Country Financial, has been elected to serve as the President of the University of Illinois, College of ACES Alumni Association Board. 
Clay Zwilling (IALP '18), Chief Executive Officer of National Swine Registry, has had much to celebrate! Clay was one of 5 inductees into the Lake Land College of Distinguished Alumni Class of 2020. The Distinguished Alumni Society recognizes alumni who have utilized the Lake Land College experience to make an imprint on their profession or community. 
Clay also shared the exciting news that he and his wife, Deanna, have welcomed their first child, Allie Grace Zwilling, on December 10, 2020. The
IALF extends their congratulations to the happy parents! 

Jeff Adkisson (IALP '04), Executive Vice President of the Grain and Feed Association, shares his insights on the grain industry. He notes that grain operators have been very busy due to a large volume of grain to move and predicts that the summer market will be interesting to follow.
