 Benjamin J. Audet, Chicago, is a Senior Manager of International Sales with Nutrien, managing the sales and distribution of animal feed and fertilizer products globally. His territory is anywhere outside of North America and he is mainly focused in Latin America, Asia and the Caribbean. Ben has worked in the supply role at Nutrien, as well as in the real estate and banking industries. Along with an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in Business Mgmt., he also has a graduate degree from Purdue University in Agricultural Economics.

Douglas Sims passed away October 24, 2022 after having served a long and accomplished career in agriculture. Doug is perhaps most well known for the work he did in the 1980's to save the Farm Credit System, and for his role with CoBank. Doug was integral in establishing CoBank, and later served as the COO from 1989-1994, and then as the CoBank CEO for 12 years. Doug also brought his knowledge, experience, and leadership capabilities to the IALF, where he served as a board member from 1985-1988.
